Innovative Appliance Services began early in 2011 as a part-time pursuit to create a better service experience for customers. As we grew into 2012, we found that many customers were very impressed with our level of customer service, compared with other companies in the industry. That lead us to establishing long term relationships with home warranty companies, realtors, and then the high end manufactures took note. We were invited to participate become factory certified technicians for Aga, Marvel, and Miele. As a growing company focused on customer quality and service lead us to include installs along with repairs and earned us our factory certification for Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove installations.
